  • Visit the museum at 82990 Overseas Highway (mile marker 83) to see the latest exhibit with representations of diving in literature, advertising, film, television, games, music, attractions, collectibles, and more, while examining connections amongst these works. Museum staff has been collecting and researching all of the creative ways diving has been incorporated into pop culture for over 100 years.

  • The third Wednesday of each month enjoy a free presentation series, featuring a guest speaker covering topics from all aspects of the dive industry and marine environment. This month’s speaker is Terrence Tysall, a vintage diving enthusiast, explorer and VP of training, nationwide, for NAUI. Presentation is to be provided via Zoom technology at 7 p.m. To request a spot please email to get your sign in information. Limited to 100 participants.

  • Join The History of Diving Museum and Florida Keys Brewing Company for a special movie screening to celebrate Vintage Diving Days! Festivities start at 7PM in the beer garden at FKBC for the outdoor movie showing. Enjoy a delicious hand crafted beer while you browse a specially-curated pop-up exhibit with numerous artifacts from the golden age of SCUBA. Talk with museum staff and volunteer docents about underwater movies and TV shows from the 1950s and their impact on diving history, The movie will begin at 8PM.

  • Fee-Free Day at Everglades and Dry Tortugas National Parks to Commemorate National Parks' Birthday

  • Celebrate the National Park Service's 105th birthday! National parks across the country will be hosting in-park programs and virtual experiences. Entrance fees are waived. Everglades National Park normally charges $30.00 per vehicle or vessel, $25.00 per motorcycle, and $15.00 per person for pedestrians, cyclists and paddle-craft, for a 7-day pass. Dry Tortugas National Park normally charges $15.00 per person over the age of 16, which is good for 7 days. Fees are ordinarily included in the ticket prices for ferry and seaplane tours, but they will not be included on fee free days.
