Betsy and the Naked Chefs

The largest lobster in the Florida Keys is “Betsy,” a sculpture measuring 30 feet tall and 40 feet long. Of course, lobsters in local waters are far smaller (and far tastier!) than Betsy. Hemingway’s Legacy: Papas and Prose in Key West
