Lower Keys Nautical Expo to Feature On-the-Water Wares Jan. 11-12

BIG PINE KEY, Florida Keys — Boaters, anglers, divers, snorkelers, kayakers, paddleboarders and others who enjoy the Florida Keys marine environment can find supplies for their seafaring pursuits at the Big Pine & Lower Keys Nautical Expo set for Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 11-12.

Now in its 16th year, the maritime marketplace is to be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday on the grounds of the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce, mile marker 31 oceanside on Big Pine Key.

Visitors to the inviting open-air event can browse and purchase merchandise including boating supplies, dive and snorkel equipment, fishing gear and other nautical wares from more than 90 vendors.

Attendees also can find items to enhance a comfortable coastal lifestyle as well as colorful clothing, jewelry and other unique offerings created by talented Keys artisans.

In addition, shoppers can purchase food and beverages to savor while seeking bargains on equipment and supplies for their water-based pursuits.

The family-friendly event also includes live music by local musicians.

Proceeds from the Big Pine & Lower Keys Nautical Expo benefit the Lower Keys Chamber of Commerce.
