Delta Air Lines to Launch Seasonal Service Between New York’s LaGuardia Airport and Key West

KEY WEST, Florida Keys — Delta Air Lines is to launch seasonal service between New York’s LaGuardia Airport and Key West on Saturdays from March 9 through Aug. 31, 2019.

The new flights are to be operated by Delta Connection carrier Republic Airline on Embraer E-170 aircraft, with 69 seats including nine first-class seats.

“Delta’s announcement is excellent news for Key West International Airport and the Lower Keys with new weekend service from New York City, one of our strongest inbound domestic markets,” said Richard Strickland, director of airports for the Florida Keys & Key West.

The Saturday flights are scheduled to leave LaGuardia at 9 a.m., arriving in Key West at 12:43 p.m. Flights are to depart Key West at 1:13 p.m., arriving at LaGuardia at 4:24 p.m.

Delta also flies daily between Key West and Atlanta year-round.
